that $10 sweater

I love this cropped sweater that I snagged at Forever21 for only ten dollars.

I decided to make a little knot in the front

because it complimented the pants so well. 

This look was a bit rushed (taken on a work break)

 but the look was too cute & needed to be documented.

I absolutely love this dress from Urban Outfitters , which was only $7.99!!
Such an amazing deal.

I typically don't buy maxi style clothing because I am so short,

 but the cutouts were a great accent on this dress, and didn't make me feel so small. 

The dress has so much going on: color, design, patterns, etc 

that I thought- best to accessorize less. 

Just a simple necklace and bangle to complete this look. 

I am so happy the weather is getting warmer! 

This dress will get great use once the summer months approach!

New Cheap Jeans!

I love these new high waisted pink jeans from Urban Outfitters, and they were only $9.99! 

What a deal!

 I am super cautious about camel toe in high waisted pants, but today I thought

 what the heck- they make my butt look good ;) 

I paired them with a pink checkered cropped blouse and a colorful sweater.

Puttering Around in Warm Cozies

Today I was running around and doing last minute shopping for my trip to Vegas.

 I am so excited to go tomorrow! I got my nails done and my bangs cut back in today. 

When I got back to my friend Grace's house, there was this dope truck outside.

 The circles on the truck make the stripes of my cardigan really stand out!

Happy Valentine's Day!!

Hope everyone is having a great Valentine's Day. Sadly, my boyfriend lives in LA, so I won't be able to spend it with him, but I have had a great GALentine Day :) I went to the mall with my girlfriend Grace and found some great deals on some wonderful treasures for my Vegas trip coming up  in 3 weeks!! 

I really don't like the color red, and I also was not feeling any pink hues, so I opted for blues/greens with an accent of red. I do love showing some holiday spirit, but let's be real: people need to remember that holidays are not themed parties (i.e. too many hearts, pink dots, lips, xo's, etc can just be really pushing the limit).

Don't get me wrong though- I love LOVE and what this holiday stands for :) 

Totally feeling this color/pattern combination: teal, navy, and grey leopard.
